Religious Education for ChildrenLet the little children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. Mt. 13:14 Our Religious Education classes are for grades Kindergarten - 5th. Classes meet Tuesdays 6-7:15 pm, or Wednesdays 4:30-5:45 pm from Sept. - April. In Religious Education children learn about God's love and care for us, while at the same time having fun. We have learned about good stewardship, prayers, and studied about Mary, and the saints. In December we put on an awesome Christmas Pageant. Our 2nd graders are excited to make their First Reconciliation in January; and First Communion in May. Come and learn about your faith, and make new friends! We invite all children to be a part of our program. New to our parish, or not a member? It's never too late to sign up! Contact Helen Herman at 303-772-6322 x 226 or helen.herman@saintfrancislongmont.org. We are blessed to have 30 regular volunteer teachers and aides. We invite you to be a part of this wonderful ministry. You will be blessed many times over!
